Chapter 553 Shock and Anger
Caleb doesn’t know how Aliyah got in, and now the biggest problem is how to explain it to Eva.
Before Caleb could say anything, Eva was already holding her stomach and crying out in pain. It’s a good thing Isla was right outside the door and noticed Eva’s difference right away.
Isla shouted for someone to come and take Eva to the hospital, watching her keep shouting in pain, her hand holding Eva’s hand tightly, “Eva, don’t be afraid, mommy is over here.”
“Caleb, you’re a son of a bitch!” Eva yelled at the top of her lungs.
Now, besides her stomach pain, all she could think about was Caleb and Aliyah.
Caleb couldn’t care less about why Aliyah suddenly appeared in his room, called Isla, asked what was going on with Eva, and asked Luke to book a flight for him to go back immediately.
“Mr. Livingstone, would it be a bad idea to go back now.” Luke was urgently shouted to Caleb’s room and looked at the scantily clad Aliyah with a frown on his face, why this fool again?
“Right away, and also, go call the hotel people over.” Caleb instructed in a cold voice.
This matter he must be thoroughly investigated, this hotel can no longer live in the future.
“Okay, I’ll be right there.” Luke took the order and left immediately.
Aliyah’s eyes were red as she pulled Caleb along: “Caleb, what is it about me that is not good enough? Why do you have to ignore me like this? Is my body not good enough or what, I can change it.”
“Get out!” Caleb pushed Aliyah right out of the way.
Aliyah did not stand still, fell to the floor, head also knocked on the coffee table, blood left down the corner of her forehead, with her choking expression, more and more moving.
When the hotel manager was called in, he saw just such a picture.
Aliyah is leaning against the coffee table with blood on her face as Caleb stands with his back to her, staring out the window at the neon lights.
He just called Isla and was directly scolded by Isla, saying that Eva had been sent to the hospital and that the exact situation would depend on what the doctor said.
“Caleb …,” Aliyah said pitifully, “can I have a coat, someone else is coming in.”
“Heh, the bed climbing thing is done, now you know shame?” Caleb sneered and didn’t make any move.
The hotel manager took off his suit jacket and put it on Aliyah without moving, and helped Aliyah to the sofa, still muttering in his heart, why this man is so unpitying, so good-looking girlfriend can do it, simply pervert!
The richer you are, the less of a thing you are.
“Sir, what do you want to see us about?”
“How did someone else get mixed up in my room, and who gave the room card?” Caleb then turned around and questioned the manager.
The manager froze at this point.NôvelDrama.Org © 2024.
“Someone else? Isn’t this your girlfriend?”
“My wife is now in the hospital, and I hope you can give me a satisfactory answer in this matter.” Caleb said without emotion.
Because of his anger, the entire hotel was on edge, and the president and chairman, who had already gone home from work, ran over in a panic.
Countless people stood at the door pretending to be air, Aliyah felt her face was lost, and Caleb had made such a big deal out of it, just short of a reporter from the evening paper coming over to do a live broadcast.
People in the upper circles know each other, and Aliyah can close her eyes and predict that she will become the laughing stock of Hartvenport in less than a day’s work, so how can Caleb be so desperate?
More desperate still, Caleb had Aliyah thrown out, the Tran family all the contracts were cut off, not with Lumenstone, but also by Caleb with other interests in exchange for cooperation with the company, and the Tran family to break the contract.
When Aliyah ran home in the dust, Guillermo was anxiously trying to figure out how to solve the problem at hand, and when he saw Aliyah, his face was black.
“Tell me about you, what’s the point of messing with that bogeyman for nothing? How many times have I told you before that you and Caleb are not right for each other.” Guillermo said bitterly.
“How are we inappropriate? We’re the right family, the right man and the right woman.” Aliyah argued with a strained neck.
Even so, she is still obsessed with Caleb and is in love with him.
“Our family is going to be ruined by him and you’re still speaking for him?” Guillermo was huffing and puffing, about to die from his own daughter’s white-eyed remarks.
“What happened to our family, was ruined by him I married him and then get it back later is not good, the novel is not so written.” Aliyah said indifferently.
Guillermo listened to what Aliyah said and was directly angered to the point of heart attack and passed out.
The Tran family is a mess, and the Livingstone Family is no better.
It had been four hours since Caleb had dealt with Aliyah and rushed back to Hartvenport, and Eva had been in the hospital for four hours, but the abdominal pain was still unchecked and had become more intense. The doctor didn’t dare to be sloppy, lining up someone to keep an eye on Eva until the time was right to push her straight into the operating room.
“Doctor, is my daughter okay?” Isla asked, pulling the doctor in a panic.
“The pregnant woman has moved her fetus, we need to keep watching, there are signs of premature labor, please prepare the family.” The doctor dropped these words and ran off to the next ward.
Isla’s whole body went limp after hearing the doctor’s words, and if it wasn’t for Logan’s support, she would probably have just sat down on the floor.
“I told you Caleb was unreliable. Last time it was because of that Aliyah that our girl was hospitalized for so long, and now it’s the same Aliyah. I think ah, there must be something fishy between the two of them.” Logan said indignantly.
Last time he said Caleb’s bad, no one in the family believed it, now they must believe it.
“Are you cursing our daughter for being a mistress?” Isla was immediately displeased. Although she was now upset with Caleb, she couldn’t curse Eva like that.
“That’s not what I meant.” Logan frowned, how could no one understand himself?
Isla unceremoniously gagged Logan: “Whatever you mean, you shut your ravenous mouth.”
“Where’s Caleb? When is he coming back?” Eva, too sore to walk in her hospital bed, wailed to see Caleb.
“He’ll be right back, he’s already on the plane.” Hearing Eva’s voice, Isla left Logan behind and rushed into the ward with one quick step to comfort Eva.
Eva still kept screaming to see Caleb to get Caleb to give her an explanation or she wouldn’t have this baby.
The entire Livingstone Family was there, including William, and as they listened to Eva’s screams of pain, the group was in a frenzy, with William wanting to rush into the room to comfort his mother.
